Phase Forward Announces Second Quarter Financial Reporting Date for July 27, 2009

release financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 and hold a
conference call with investors on Monday, July 27, 2009. The Company plans to
hold the investor conference call, hosted by Bob Weiler, chairman and president,
and Chris Menard, senior vice president and chief financial officer, to discuss
its second quarter 2009 financial results and its outlook for the third quarter
and full year 2009. The call will be held on Monday, July 27, 2009, at 5:00 p.m.
