NEW YORK, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Adconion Media Group (www.adconion.com), the
independent global audience and content network, today announced a number of
new hires within the North America region, bolstering both the sales staff and
the management team for Adconion's flagship video distribution network
Adconion.TV.

As part of Adconion.TV's expansion, Cliff Paulson has been named Vice
President, North America Video. A 14-year media veteran, Paulson brings to
Adconion considerable experience within the television and online video
industry. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Sales at video
advertising provider ScanScout and has spent time at Vibrant Media, Fox and
CBS during his career. At Adconion, Paulson will be tasked with overseeing
the management of the company's major video advertising accounts as well as
cultivating agency and brand relationships.

"Adconion.TV has become increasingly integral to Adconion's business model
and, as such, it is vital that we continue to add experienced individuals with
a proven track record to the management team," said Keith Kaplan, Adconion's
President of North America. "With his history in the media and entertainment
industries, Cliff is the perfect candidate to guide our online video division
in North America."

In addition to Paulson's hiring, Adconion's sales staff has been strengthened
by the appointment of three new members: Michelle Perno was named Sales
Manager for the Chicago office and both Kathleen Alix and Kelly de Castro have
joined the New York office as Account Managers.

Perno comes to Adconion following a three year spell as an account executive
at Ask.com working with major brands and agencies through the company's search
engine marketing division. Her responsibilities at Adconion will include the
day-to-day management of various major accounts, as well ensuring proper
delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of
the client.

Highlighting Adconion's dedication to being a true agency partner, Alix and de
Castro will be liaisons between the company and its many clients. As Account
Managers, they will serve as clients' contact for campaign implementation,
management and optimization.

According to a recent comScore report, Adconion's network reaches over
two-thirds of the United States Internet audience.
