T3 Communications Hires Jeff Green as New Chief Financial Officer

FORT MYERS, Fla., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- T3 Communications is pleased to
announce that it has hired Jeff Green as its new chief financial officer
effective June 29, 2009. Mr. Green has over 25 years of financial management
experience including six years with a big five international public accounting
firm. His experience includes stints as CFO at both private and publicly
traded telecommunications companies, as well as serving as Finance Director
for the City of Fort Myers.

Recently Jeff was an Investment Banker at RBC Capital Markets where he
successfully completed over $250 Million in public financings. While at the
City of Fort Myers, he successfully implemented a long term strategic
financial plan and was a key member on many of the City's long range strategic
initiatives including the City's downtown redevelopment effort, the Eastwood
Village workforce housing project, and the creation of the City's long range
emergency recovery plan.

Prior to that Mr. Green served as Chief Financial Officer for TWS Inc., an
international telecommunication services company. He has also served as the
Chief Financial Officer for Palmer Wireless, completing over $750 million in
debt and equity financings and $250 million in acquisitions, during a period
when this publicly traded, cellular phone company tripled in size.

Jeff is an active volunteer in the community, and is currently serving as
treasurer of the Lee Memorial Foundation board. In his new position, he will
be responsible for all of T3's financial operations including debt and equity
financing, treasury, finance and accounting.

Mr. Green earned his BS Degree in Business Administration from Miami
University in 1983. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Series 7
securities license.
