SecureState Wins Protective Services Contract to Protect NASA Assets
CLEVELAND, OH, Jul 14 (MARKET WIRE) --
SecureState, as a subcontractor of WSI, is pleased to announce that they
have been chosen for the NASA Protective Services Contract (NPSC). As one
of ten Small Business subcontractors on the contract, SecureState will
provide information assurance and cyber security for several NASA
locations nationwide.

With the awarded contract, SecureState expects to add more than 50
employees over the next five years. In addition to information assurance
and cyber security, SecureState will provide a portal to support project
management operations of all subcontractors.
SecureState currently holds a contract with NASA Glenn Research Center to
provide similar services that include counter-intelligence, threat
analysis, international visitor control and Homeland Security Presidential
Directive-12 services (HSPD-12).
The NPSC is an agency-wide consolidated contract for protective services.
Those services include fire services, security services, emergency
management, export control, protective services training and protective
services information assurance and information technology security. This
contract will assure standardization of procedures across the 14 NASA
locations, provide an integrated response to security threats as well as
natural emergencies and provide for greater overall program efficiencies.
