Exterran Partners Announces Cash Distribution

HOUSTON--(Business Wire)--
Exterran Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ:EXLP) today announced a cash
distribution of $0.425 per limited partner unit, or $1.70 per limited
partner unit on an annualized basis, payable on May 14, 2008 to
unitholders of record at the close of business on May 9, 2008. The
distribution covers the time period from January 1, 2008 through March
31, 2008.
