Toxin Alert Inc. Announces Private Placement of Shares

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jul 14 (MARKET WIRE) --
Toxin Alert Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TOX) announced today that it was
commencing a private placement of the company's securities. The placement
will consist of 300,000 common shares priced at $0.10 a share sold to
accredited investors only. The private placement will close on or before
July 24, 2009.
