ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(Business Wire)-- Baker and Associates, a unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex:BKR), announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide design services for the new, approximately $70 million Equipment Maintenance and Operations Center located in Rockville, Maryland, for Montgomery County, Maryland.
