Repros to Appeal NASDAQ Delisting Notice

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(Business Wire)--
On November 6, 2009, Repros Therapeutics Inc. (NasdaqGM:RPRX) received
notification from NASDAQ that it has not regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing
Rules 5450(b)(2)(A) or 5450(b)(3)(A) and, unless the Company appeals NASDAQ`s
decision, its securities will be delisted from the NASDAQ Global Market. Repros
intends to appeal NASDAQ`s determination to delist its securities or,
alternatively, to request to have its securities moved to the NASDAQ Capital
