SEATTLE, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- A $100,000 angel investment fund will be
awarded to the best investment opportunities at the 4rd annual ZINO
Zillionaire Investment Forum (ZZIF), to be held September 17, 2009 at the new
Four Seasons Hotel, Seattle.

Companies from all industries that are seeking seed, early-stage, or expansion
funding between $250K and $5M and have a definable product or service are
encouraged to apply. The application deadline is July 31, 2009.

Of the entrepreneur applicants, 28 will be selected by the ZZIF screening
board to present at the ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum. The selected
companies will receive individual coaching by members of the ZZIF Coaching
Board. In addition, the selected companies will be profiled in the September
4, 2009 issue of the Puget Sound Business Journal insert. The presentation
fee also includes attendance at a VIP reception and dinner on September 16,
2009 with ZZIF Fund Investors and key business leaders.

The ZZIF fund investors will choose three technology companies and three
non-technology companies as fund finalists, who will be asked questions by an
expert panel during the Due Diligence LIVE! segment of the event. Of the
finalists, the best investment opportunities will be selected by the 2009 ZZIF
fund investors, with $50,000 to be awarded to the Best Technology Investment
and $50,000 to be awarded to the Best Non-Technology Investment. Following due
diligence, the fund announcements will occur one month following the
presentations at the ZINO Society October Roundtable Investment Meeting.
Additional non-cash ZINO Zenith recognition awards will be awarded for Best
Presentation and Best Investment Opportunity as selected by all ZZIF
attendees.
