New Huntsville Location Enables IBA to Better Reach Government Clients and
Federal Market

announce the opening of its new regional office in Huntsville, AL. The new
location and the addition of Scott Howell, Director of Huntsville Operations,

the government market. Howell is a graduate of The University of Alabama in
Huntsville and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information
Systems and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management of
Technology. Having lived and worked in the Huntsville area for over 30 years,
Howell is an active member of the Huntsville community.
