PSALMS FOR LEADERS SEGMENT APT FOR BUSY EXECUTIVES

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Groark Audio, an independent
publisher of spoken audio books, announces the release of Psalms for Leaders,
a segment of the planned Psalms Across the Universe series of recordings of
the biblical psalms (NRSV), segmented by theme, with new musical accompaniment
and a diverse group of narrators.

"The Psalms are pretty strong drink for most people, and most of our speakers
are beyond the legal drinking age in most states," says spokesperson Barbara
Groark. "This is grownup stuff."

"All the psalms are really 'psalms for leaders' for all the walks of life,"
adds Barbara. "People use the psalms to help them 'think big' in their own
executive roles, whether in a corporate or household or some other setting.
Now you can take them with you while you commute or work or however you now
use music or audio books."

"We also feature other languages on about a third of the readings in addition
to the English." For example, English-language Psalm 63 is followed by the
same psalm in French. Psalm 97 is followed by Psalm 97 in Yoruba, from
Nigeria.

"We represent every continent on earth at least once," says Barbara. The
Psalms for Leaders segment features six other languages across 16 tracks. "We
hope people hear the unfamiliar tongues as a new kind of music to their ears -
and we hope some children and grandchildren can imagine and appreciate their
older relatives' experience in coming to this country." Newly composed music
is by Jamie Myerson.
