Acquisition Will Add Experienced Design Operations in Europe; Opens Additional
Opportunities for Expansion

execution of an LOI to acquire Switzerland based SymbioTec Solution AG.

SymbioTec Solution AG ("SymbioTec"), headquartered in Siebnen, near Zurich,
Switzerland is a Layer 1 infrastructure design and engineering firm assisting in
the deployment of state of the art IT infrastructure projects and fiber optic
networks for companies throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa ("EMEA").
SymbioTec`s focus on service, innovation, and system integration has led to the
procurement of large multinational contracts throughout the region.

SymbioTec has close ties with several of the regions largest multinational
corporations for the design of their Layer 1 network infrastructure throughout
EMEA. SymbioTec has also performed extensive work with the same Fortune 500
pharmaceutical client with which Beacon signed its $19.5 million North American
contract in late 2008.

Switzerland (Swiss Post), the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB-CFF-FFS), Layer 1
infrastructure projects for several large multinational corporations, in
addition to various fiber-to-the-home ("FTTH") initiatives throughout the
region.
