MENDOCINO COAST, Calif., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- In the wake of yet
another airline's failure, the harsh realities of today's travel landscape
meet up with the traveler head-on.
This wake-up call to the industry comes at a time when travelers are
already faced with tighter holiday budgets, skyrocketing fuel costs and
airline experiences that have very little in common with the time when travel
was fun.
Stevenswood Spa Resort hopes to ease some of the stress caused by the
recent wave of stranded, inconvenienced, and sometimes downright ripped off
airline passengers.
As part of their commitment to Guest Satisfaction, Stevenswood will
continue to honor all EOS Airlines, Club 48 members' reward points for travel
packages at the Mendocino Coast's Stevenswood Spa Resort location.
Stevenswood Guest Experience Manager, Seth Kelman states, "Stevenswood is
committed to the most satisfactory experience possible, and we will continue
to honor Club 48 rewards points even though they have zero value, as part of
our commitment."
Guests should contact the resort for information on redeeming their
Club 48 points with Stevenswood.
Details on point redemption can be found here:
