Guaranty Savings Bank Announces the Opening of New Branch in the Elmwood Business Park

METAIRIE, La.--(Business Wire)--
Stephen E. Wessel, President and CEO of Guaranty Savings Bank, a subsidiary of
GS Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: GSLA), announced that Guaranty Savings Bank
("Guaranty") has expanded by opening a full service branch in the Elmwood
Business Park on Citrus Boulevard.

President Dan Ross, who is based at the new Elmwood branch which is located at
5700 Citrus Boulevard, Suite K, in Harahan, Louisiana. Ross continued, "This is
