CHICAGO, Sept. 3, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC
(Constangy), a national leader in labor and employment law, will open two new
offices in the Chicago, Ill., and Milwaukee, Wis., areas.

Charles W. Pautsch, formerly of Wessels, Pautsch & Sherman, P.C. (Wessels), will
join Constangy as a key attorney in its labor relations practice and will head
these new offices.

Pautsch is joined by two former Wessels' attorneys Brian G. Nuedling and Lisa A.
Baiocchi. His practice is similar to Constangy's, representing employers in the
areas of employment litigation, class action defense, employee benefits law,
labor law, affirmative action and Occupational Safety & Health Administration.
Pautsch, who headed Wessels's Milwaukee office, brings extensive expertise in
National Labor Relations Board matters.
