JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
TurnKey Concepts, a firm specializing in the design, architecture
and build-out of restaurants, has completed the elegant, custom
woodwork at the new Shula's 347 Grill which opened last night in the
Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel.

Named in honor of Hall of Fame Coach Don Shula and led by his son,
Dave Shula, the Sheraton and Shula's project is the first in
Jacksonville for developers, Atlanta-based Long and Cox Properties
Inc. Company.

"The Shula's 347 Grill in Jacksonville is truly a gorgeous
restaurant," said architect Marc Geftman, founder of TurnKey Concepts,
which also created the millwork at the Sheraton Hotel. "We were
pleased to be a participant in this successful venture by supplying
the handsome bar, cabinetry and other custom-made wood features."

The 170-seat restaurant features a stunning high-impact bar
fashioned of dark rich wood that sets the tone for this new attractive
spot for professionals and business people looking for a place to
relax after work over a signature martini or glass of wine.

"The bar is both a destination for those who want to network with
colleagues and the perfect place to unwind before enjoying a 'Shula
cut steak,' " said TurnKey founder, Geftman.

A state-of-the-art video system with high-end flat panel screens
juxtaposed against dark wood frames with spotlights on pigskin walls,
accented by rich leather booths and granite tables, and just a modicum
of sports memorabilia give Shula's 347 a high-energy, casually elegant
ambiance.

TurnKey Concepts specializes in restaurant concepts, designs,
architecture, as well as project management and millwork as a one-stop
