BirdDog Logistics Acquires Churchill Transport Group

Acquisition Expands BirdDog Logistics` Freight Management Services
ANDOVER, Mass. & CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(Business Wire)--
In a move that will further enhance its ability to provide unsurpassed freight
management services, BirdDog Logistics Services, LLC has acquired Churchill
Transport Group, Inc., a privately owned third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
The terms of the recently signed definitive agreement between the two companies
were not disclosed.

Boasting a seasoned team of professionals with decades of industry expertise and
a strong customer base, Churchill Transport Group and its affiliate, CTG
Financial, LLC represent an important strategic addition to BirdDog`s freight
