TERACAI Receives ISO 9001:2008 Certification

SYRACUSE, N.Y.--(Business Wire)--
TERACAI, a Cisco Silver Partner that provides leading-edge Cisco networking
technology and RecertPlus authorized refurbished solutions, has successfully
completed a certification audit by ABS Quality Evaluations, certifying that the
company's Quality Management System is in conformity with the ISO 9001:2008
standard.

ISO certification is a globally accepted standard for providing assurance about
the quality of goods and services in supplier-customer relations.

The standards of the ISO 9000 series are guided by eight quality management
principles including customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process
approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach
to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
