Liberty Power's Management Team Grows along with Company




FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Power, one of the

announced the appointment of Laurie David Villa to the position of Chief
People Officer.

Ms. Villa will direct Liberty Power's human resource policies, processes and
infrastructure, and be responsible for implementing and ensuring best
practices in employee management and talent development throughout the

Ms. Villa brings her human resources and organizational development experience
to Liberty Power after holding senior positions with notable multi-billion
dollar corporations.  Villa was Senior Vice President, Human Resources with
women's specialty retailer, Ann Taylor.  She also worked globally with the
Sara Lee Corporation for 18 years, serving in various roles in human resources
and organizational development.  Ms. Villa was identified through a national,
retained executive search with Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson.  Villa is
an MBA graduate of the University of North Florida's Coggin College of
Business, and currently resides in Broward County, Florida.
