FERNDALE, Mich., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rosie O'Grady's in Ferndale
is serving up more than a new location, beverages, banquets and bands when the
14,000 square foot restaurant and night spot opens to the public on Thurs.,
July 16. The facility, which combines the best elements of a lunch spot,
lounge, sports bar outdoor patio and night club, kicks-off a new era of
prosperity in a familiar area.

Open for business at 11 a.m. on Thursday, the creation of the new Rosie's in
downtown Ferndale (southwest corner of Allen and Nine Mile Roads) will replace
the original location built on Troy Street in 1997. Not only will the
Ferndale Rosie's be a physical move representative of a block in distance, but
with the expanded state-of-the art facility and features it also represents a
philosophical move.

The concept of the new Rosie's construction, the flagship of the Southeast
Michigan restaurants, became a reality in an effort to maintain the interest
of customer's and create a venue on-par with the Chesterfield and Sterling
Heights Rosie's locations.

"This is a must-see," said Rosie's President Brian Kramer. "This new Ferndale
facility had to be special. It had to awe and serve not just as a source of
constant entertainment, but a place in these challenged times where patron's
had their troubles stop at the door."

Kramer recognizes an investment of more than $3 million is stunning in the
current economic times, but added, "Ferndale is where Rosie O'Grady's Irish
Pub was born and first developed; it's like my baby and a source of pride to
me. Despite the tough times, my goal is to make my original neighborhood a
place where other local businesses can feel the ripple effect of those we draw
so the area can be successful and thrive."

Additional features of the state-of-the-art restaurant and bar include 120
HD-ready flat screen TVs, expansive windows overlooking a sidewalk cafe, a
4,000 square foot side patio with an open air bar and lounge seating arranged
around six custom outdoor fire pits, and of course, memorable delicious food
for the entire family.

About Rosie O'Grady's: With locations in Ferndale, Sterling Heights and
Chesterfield, Rosie O'Grady's serves as a premiere family-friendly and social
venue for all Southeast Michigan residents. Rosie's eclectic menus are full

Sizzler(TM) Steaks that are U.S.D.A. Choice Angus cut daily especially for
Rosie O'Grady's. Seafood, Tableside Tossed Salads, awesome burgers & Fresh
