has been filed on behalf of all purchasers of the common stock (Class A or Class
B) of Tronox, Inc. ("Tronox" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets: TRXAQ) (Pink
Sheets: TRXBQ) between November 28, 2005 and January 12, 2009, inclusive (the

District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The Complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by
