Arianne Grants 470,000 Stock Options

The board of directors of Arianne Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:
DAR)(FRANKFURT: JE9)(OTCBB: DARUF) ("Arianne" or "Company") approved
today the grant of 470,000 stock options to management, directors,
consultants and employees of the Company. The options are granted at a
price of $0.11 and are valid until July 13, 2019.
