Financial Security Assurance, Inc. insured issues:

--Victor Central School District (NY), $8,021,900 school district bonds, series
2009;

--Schoharie Central School District (NY), $2,079,942 general obligation school
district bonds, series 2009;

--Livingston County (NY), $22,000,000 general obligation public improvement
bonds, series 2009.
