Organizations Work Together to Help Homeowners Save Their Dream Of
Homeownership

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- As the Neighborhood Assistance
Corporation of America's (NACA) forensic auditing team, the Consumer Mortgage
Audit Center has performed more than 600 forensic mortgage audits, helping
homeowners facing foreclosure keep their homes and those in unaffordable
mortgages modify their loans, during the Fall installment of NACA's "Save the
Dream Tour."

During the tour, the Consumer Mortgage Audit Center joined NACA in helping
homeowners in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco and Las Vegas. The
events held in September and October brought hundreds of thousands of
homeowners with unaffordable mortgages together with consumer advocates and
all the major mortgage lenders and servicers to restructure their mortgages
and make them more affordable.

"While we typically work direct with foreclosure defense attorneys and loan
modification companies to help homeowners defend their foreclosures or
negotiate new terms for their mortgages, becoming NACA's forensic audit
partner has allowed us to work in the same room with homeowners and consumer
advocates to set the industry standards for same-day loan restructuring," said
Sylvia Alayon, vice president of operations of the Consumer Mortgage Audit
Center. "As one of the pioneers in the mortgage auditing space, NACA provides
us the opportunity to give more people access to our audits and to change
their lives."

As a part of the extensive array of benefits provided, NACA members can
request a free Consumer Mortgage Audit Center forensic mortgage audit at
www.cmacaudits.com. Those who are not NACA members can have their attorneys,
consumer advocates or loan modifiers reach the Consumer Mortgage Audit Center
for forensic audits by calling 800-467-1909 or visiting www.truthinaudits.com.
