AireSurf Networks Holdings Inc. Extends Warrants

MARKHAM, ONTARIO, Jul 09 (MARKET WIRE) --
AireSurf Networks Holdings Inc. (the "Company")(CNSX: ANH) announces that
it has extended the expiration dates of an aggregate of 3,362,660
warrants. As part of various private placements of units of the Company
(i) 1,000,000 warrants were issued on July 24, 2007 exercisable at $0.10
per common share until July 24, 2009; (ii) 362,660 warrants were issued
on August 27, 2007 exercisable at $0.10 per common share until August 27,
2009; and (iii) 2,000,000 warrants were issued on October 12, 2007
exercisable at $0.10 per common share until October 12, 2009. Airesurf
has extended the term of each of these warrants by an additional three
(3) years, subject to regulatory approval. The exercise price remains
unchanged.

Shares Outstanding: 50,317,596
