New Web-based Solution Enables Collaborative Rapid eLearning
                              Development
ATLANTA--(Business Wire)--
eLearning course developers can now collaborate on projects with
anyone, anywhere in real-time, thanks to Unison(TM), Rapid Intake's
new web-based rapid eLearning development and review solution.

Built on the powerful, flexible Rapid Intake(R) collaborative
eLearning development platform, Unison makes it simple for teams to
work together to quickly create interactive, SCORM-compliant,
Flash-based courses. For the first time, multiple contributors,
including designers and SMEs (subject matter experts), can work on the
same course at the same time through a web browser.

Unison facilitates the entire process of creating courses
online--gathering information, storyboard design, development,
reviewing, testing, and publishing--through a secure portal certified
by SecureWorks, the same firm used by leading financial institutions.
Novice users can simply fill out form-based templates built on proven
learning patterns, while advanced users and communities can create
reusable custom templates by accessing the Flash source code.

"E-learning development has always been a collaborative process,
but to date, no solution has facilitated this way of working," said
Rapid Intake CEO, Garin Hess. "We made Unison work the way real teams
do--collaboratively. For instance, Unison lets teams share a common
view of how a finished course will look from its inception. It also
tracks multiple comment threads in tandem to streamline review
cycles."

In addition to these technology breakthroughs, Rapid Intake's
revolutionary subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) pricing
for Unison will raise some eyebrows. "We've worked hard to price
Unison based on the number of projects being developed--in other
words, based on usage not on the number of users, which often limits
involvement. Our inclusive pricing model is critical to opening up the
rapid eLearning development process to all contributors, not just
full-time instructional designers," said Hess.

Unison builds off the success of Rapid Intake's Flashform(R), a
desktop rapid eLearning development solution. Ranked as one of the
most powerful and flexible rapid e-learning tools available by the
2008 eLearning Guild Market Research Survey, Flashform has been
adopted by hundreds of organizations across the world.
