Lost Cove Marina and RV Park on Alabama`s Smith Lake will sell at auction
Friday, July 31, with Advantage Auction & Realty Inc. managing the sale. Also
selling separately in the same auction will be a nearby waterfront home site.

The marina, located on approximately 1.04 acres with approximately 300 feet of
waterfront, includes 16 covered boat slips, and four RV lots with electrical and
water hook-ups. Selling with the marina are a three-bedroom brick home and a
"bunk house" building with a section formerly used as a general store.
