RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(Business Wire)--
Drug Safety Alliance (DSA), a global leader in pharmaceutical safety and
pharmacovigilance, announced today the expansion of pharmacovigilance services
to include companion and livestock animal drug surveillance.

"We are very excited about this new service offering because pet and livestock
animal pharmaceuticals are an emerging market and increasing regulatory
attention to the medicines we give our pets and livestock will continue to
grow," said Drug Safety Alliance`s CEO Catherine Stokes.

Drug Safety Alliance will use this expansion to aid a division of a large
pharmaceutical company focused on animal health. This newly acquired client
awarded DSA with their animal drug safety after a lengthy and comprehensive bid
process.

Ms. Stokes is a frequent presenter to industry groups on pharmacovigilance and
proactive signal detection.
