Canadian subsidiary of U.S.-based IT infrastructure integrator marks first year
in business
SKOKIE, Ill.--(Business Wire)--
Forsythe Technology Inc. ("Forsythe"), a 38-year-old leading IT infrastructure
integrator, is pleased to announce the one-year anniversary of its subsidiary
Forsythe Technology Canada, which was established to support the continued
expansion of Forsythe`s Canadian business. While Forsythe`s U.S. subsidiaries
have provided IT infrastructure solutions to U.S.-based clients in Canada for
several years, in 2007 and 2008 the company made a significant expansion into

IST, a security company with several hundred existing Canadian clients, and
continued in mid-2008 with the establishment of Forsythe Technology Canada,
which is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario. Forsythe Technology Canada has
locations in Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver as well.
Forsythe Technology Canada`s Mississauga office is the home base for Forsythe`s
managed and support services for all of North America. Forsythe Technology
Canada also provides a wide range of additional IT integration services
including security and storage consulting and products, technology funding
solutions and more. Forsythe Technology Canada`s manufacturer partners include
Check Point, Cisco Systems, EMC, HP, IBM, Nokia, ProofPoint, RSA and Sun
Microsystems. Please visit www.forsythecanada.ca for more information.

member of Forsythe Technology Canada`s board of directors. Byron has 17 years of
experience in the IT and professional services industry. Prior to joining
Forsythe, she served as vice president of professional services at a leading
communication solutions provider. Byron`s experienced team includes Dragana
Vranic, director of managed services, with 18 years in the IT and
telecommunications industry; Kay Karolidis, district sales manager, Toronto and

As a subsidiary of Forsythe Technology, Forsythe Technology Canada draws upon a
proven track record of IT experience and strong manufacturer relationships. Its
parent company`s clients include 26 of the Fortune 100 companies and more than
one-third of the Fortune 500. Forsythe Technology and Forsythe Technology Canada
also provide IT infrastructure solutions to government agencies in the U.S. and
Canada.
"We are delighted to be able to bring the experience and relationships of
Forsythe`s 38 years in the IT infrastructure solutions business to the Canadian
IT marketplace," says Byron.
Bill Brennan, president and CEO of Forsythe, adds: "Forsythe`s expansion into
