Forsythe Technology Inc., ("Forsythe") a 38-year-old leading North American IT
infrastructure integrator, is pleased to announce expansion of its managed and
support services business, which recently marked its first anniversary.
Initially focused on managed and support services for security, the company is
now offering managed and support services for network and storage infrastructure
as well. Forsythe`s managed and support services business is based in
Mississauga, Ontario, at the headquarters of Forsythe`s Canadian subsidiary,
Forsythe Technology Canada. Forsythe Technology Canada also has locations in
Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Forsythe`s managed and support
services business is led by Siobhan Byron, vice president of managed services,
who is also a member of Forsythe Technology Canada`s board of directors. The

Byron is responsible for developing and implementing Forsythe`s corporate
strategy with regard to its managed and support services offerings. Forsythe`s
managed security services include fixed-rate remote management and monitoring of
IT security information, assets and processes. Forsythe`s support services
provide organizations with front-line support for an array of network, security
and storage technologies, creating a single point of contact for technical
issues and offering a variety of support service levels. Forsythe's managed and

Byron has 17 years of experience in the IT and professional services industry.
Prior to joining Forsythe she served as vice president of professional services
at a leading communication solutions provider. Byron`s experienced team includes
Dragana Vranic, director of managed services, with 18 years in the IT and
telecommunications industry.
