FAIRFIELD, Calif., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fairfield Redevelopment
Agency announces an invitation to purchase 4.29 acres of Agency-owned real
property. The site offers prime commercial and residential development
opportunities and is at 2030 North Texas Street, the former Fairfield Bowl
property. This site is in close proximity to residential neighborhoods and
retail. The vacant property is east of the Interstate 80 and Interstate 680
junction, north of State Highway 12 and resides along a major arterial street

    The Agency will allow the purchaser necessary time to obtain entitlements
to develop the property.  No sale price has been established for the property;
