handheld devices market. Tier1 OEM manufacturers that already
implemented SPIRIT voice and video processing solutions cover up to 60
per cent of today's worldwide smart phone shipment. This market is
estimated to grow by more than 30 percent by 2011, according to
Gianfranco Lanci, President of Acer Inc.

"The Asia Pacific market, where SPIRIT Voice and Video Engines are
well-established, is the largest world factory for communications
equipment: 9 out of every 10 devices are produced in this region.
Additionally, all the major Taiwanese OEMs are already SPIRIT
customers and benefit from SPIRIT's high-quality voice and video
software engines," stated Alex Kravchenko, VP Sales at SPIRIT. " We
are very glad that E-TEN finally turned to SPIRIT to gain outstanding
voice quality and resource efficiency. They join our established and
growing list of brand name customers in mobile device manufacturers
including Arima, Compal, HTC, Quanta and others."

of mobile voice and video processing solutions, with a deep and strong
deployment history," said Hawk Wu, PM Director at E-TEN. "With
SPIRIT's high quality voice and instant AEC adaptation of voice

and fast time-to-market integration, we will definitely meet the
increasing customer expectation for communications in our current and
future mobile products."

devices in Taiwan since the mid 1990's. The E-TEN real time stock
