Chatterbats for Charity
HOUSTON--(Business Wire)-- Houston-based Chatterbats, L.P. supplied the Pearland Girls Softball Association with pink Chatterbats(TM) for their 4th Annual All-Star Tune Up Tournament this past Mother's Day weekend. The Chatterbats(TM) were sold to the fans in attendance and a portion of the proceeds were donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure fighting breast cancer. In other company news, The Texas Rangers had a successful Chatterbat(TM) giveaway on June 19th and the fans enjoyed a walk-off win by the Rangers due to an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth off the bat of Michael Young. The giveaway was sponsored by Boston's Gourmet Pizza. Chatterbats(TM) are 16 inches long and have the wood grain appearance of a real baseball bat. They are molded with a soft plastic and the roasted beans inside create their unique sound. Chatterbats(TM) are available in a variety of custom colors with two areas for logo placement with high performance ink.
