An error was found in the rating on Fitch Ratings' web site for the bond listed
below:

--Wisconsin Health & Educational Facilities Authority (Hospital Sisters
Services, Inc. - Obligated Group) revenue refunding bonds series 2003B.

While the original rating was assigned June 9, 2008 (please see Fitch's press
release dated June 9, 2008), the rating was not reflected on Fitch's web site.
The rating was subsequently reviewed and affirmed on July 2, 2009 (please see
Fitch's press release dated July 2, 2009). The full rating history is now
