Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR) announced today it will release
financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2009 on
Monday, August 3, 2009 after the market closes. The Company will also
host a conference call at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 4,
2009 to discuss its financial results.

Hosting the call will be Extra Space Storage's Chairman and CEO Spencer F.
Kirk. Joining him will be Kent W. Christensen, Executive Vice President
