has announced the addition of the "Analysis of the Operation of Civil
Aviation Industry in China 2008" report to their offering.

In Jan-Nov of 2007, China's aviation industry made 175.1 billion
yuan of revenue, 11.3 billion yuan of profit, increased 104 per cent
year-on-year. In terms of the strong demand in the domestic market and
the reasonable organisation of transport capacity, the load factor and
passenger load factor has been rising since 1999.

Domestic air transport industry made 75.3 per cent and 66.8 per
cent of passenger load factor and load factor respectively in 2007.
The passenger load factor and load factor in the industry was 75.3 per
cent and 66.8 per cent respectively in the first quarter of 2008,
increasing 2.6 and 2.9 percentage points year on year. In the first
quarter of 2008, the passenger load factor of domestic, international
and regional routes was 76.9 per cent, 70.0 per cent, 65.9 per cent
respectively, year on year increased by 0.6, 1.6, and 2.5 percentage
points. Although the domestic aviation industry is in a higher Level
of average passenger load factor, but in terms of the Beijing Olympics
and the strict control of air transport capacity by China Civil
Aviation Bureau, thus, there will be more space to passenger load
factor.

In 2007 the civil transport aircraft was 1.311 units in China, an
increase of 13.1 per cent year-on-year. The annual growth rate of
aircraft and passenger seat were 11.56 and 11.67 per cent between 2001
and 2007. In the first quarter of 2008, industry ATK and passenger
seats increased 9.5 and 8.2 per cent respectively; the growth rate was
significantly lower than the same period of 2007 was 22.5 per cent and
14.1 per cent.

In terms of China's rapid economic growth and upgrading of the
consumption, the civil aviation industry completed the transport
turnover, passenger turnover and the cargo turnover for 36,057.44
million ton-km, 277.633 billion passenger-km and 11.47 billion ton-km
respectively in 2007, increased 17.9 per cent, 17.1 per cent and 21.6
per cent year-on-year, still maintained a rapid growth momentum.

However, affected by the snow disaster weather during the Spring
Festival, slow down of airline capacity and the impact of airspace
restriction, China domestic air transport growth has been slowed down.
In the first quarter of 2008 the total growth ratio of transport
turnover, passenger turnover and cargo turnover was 12.90 per cent,
12.5 per cent and 13.9 per cent respectively, which was lower 6.6 per
cent, 5.4 per cent and 9.0 per cent year-on-year. But amid domestic
routes was in a small speed of slowdown and international routes has a
relatively large speed of slowdown. However, due to the potential
demands from domestic aviation market and the Beijing Olympics, is
expected that in the next few years, China's aviation industry will
maintain a rapid growth.
