Doyenz Demonstrates Strong Momentum with Series-A Funding, New Product Release,
Strategic Partnerships and New Addition to Executive Management Team
NEW ORLEANS--(Business Wire)--
Doyenz, Inc., the first company to deliver Migrations in the Cloud, Active
Disaster Recovery and Failover in the Cloud for the small to mid-sized business
market, today announced that it will be demonstrating the new capabilities of
its Automated Virtual IT platform at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference
2009 in New Orleans, July 13-16, 2009.

The Doyenz Migration in the Cloud service enables partners to remotely perform
rapid "point and click" migrations for Windows-based servers, which reduces
deployment time and costs by 50%, ensures seamless deployments, and eliminates
downtime for the customer. Partners can ensure "True" Business Continuityfor
their customers with the Doyenz Active Disaster Recovery and Failover in the
Cloud service, which stores a production-ready server image in the Doyenz cloud
for use at all times. This unique capability enables the latest image to fail
over and run from the cloud in just minutes in the case of failure. The partners
can also use the latest image or a prior version at any time to test, patch, or
upgrade systems in the Doyenz Virtual Lab. The combination of these services
allows partners to deliver True Business Continuity to their customers at a
price they can afford, while growing recurring revenue streams and improving
margins.

The Doyenz Migration in the Cloud service will be promoted by Microsoft through
its Core Infrastructure group at the Microsoft World Wide Partner Conference in
New Orleans. In addition, Dave Sobel, CEO of Evolve Technologies and a Microsoft
Gold Certified Partner, will be demonstrating the benefits of the Migration in
the Cloud service in his breakout session at the conference. Finally, Doyenz
also announces its partnership with Intel, and the Intel Enabled Server
Acceleration Alliance (Intel ESAA) Program, in which it will deliver pre-tested
and certified server solutions to Intel resellers.

"We are excited to welcome Doyenz as a new Intel ESAA technology provider," said
Ned Thanhouser, Director, Intel ESAA Program. "The Doyenz Automated Virtual IT
solution will enable our resellers to add more value to their customers when
bringing Intel-based server solutions to market."

In order to leverage and expand this significant partnership traction, industry
veteran Carl Sittig has joined Doyenz as VP of Strategic Business Development.
Carl joins Doyenz from Microsoft where he held a variety of sales, marketing,
and business executive roles in a 17-year tenure, including his recent role as
GM of OEM Server Sales. His experience spans engagements with the largest
Multinational OEMs to the smallest VAR partners across North & South America,
Asia, and Europe. At Doyenz, Carl is focused on developing strategic business
partnerships with independent software and hardware vendors, and OEMs to bring
the value of Automated Virtual IT services to their customer base.

"We are thrilled to see such strong momentum across all aspects of our business,
from product adoption to partnerships, to attracting the brightest talent in the
industry. Doyenz continues to gain traction as one of the companies ushering in
the era of the new IT Economy. This success was a key factor in the recent
closing of our Series A round of financing. We are very proud to have
accomplished all this in these difficult economic times," states Ashutosh
Tiwary, CEO of Doyenz.

Having just finalized a Series-A funding round of $5M, Doyenz plans to use the
capital to fuel its momentum across partners, sales, marketing and product
development.

Doyenz is a Bronze sponsor at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference and is
located in booth #300. Doyenz will be providing live demonstrations of their
Failover and Migrations in the Cloud services at the conference.
