PARK CITY, Utah--(Business Wire)--
As Sundance opens its proverbial gates this year, industry crowds will once
again flood the streets of Park City, turning the snow covered village into a
freewheeling bazaar. With branded parties, celebrity-packed events and exclusive
film screenings, it is oftentimes hard to find traces of local community at the
festival. This year however, SNOW Magazine and the Stanfield Fine Art Gallery
will cast local Park City into the Sundance spotlight by hosting three events,
SNOW Kids, the Green SNOW art show and SNOW F2usion: Fashion+Film. Proceeds from
the art, fashion and film events will benefit Protect Our Winters (POW) and the
Park City Education Foundation.

SNOW Kids will be held Wed., Jan. 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stanfield Fine
Art Gallery located at 751 Main St. in Park City.Designed to give local students
their own Sundance experience, the event will feature a free limousine shuttle
service between the gallery and McPolin Elementary School during the night of
the show. Students will walk the red carpet and receive show credentials and
event swag bags containing an original artwork print by pop artist Steve
Kaufman. During the event, Kaufman will place the final brush stroke on a large
mural painted by local students. Interactive dance and acting workshops will be
led by cast members from the motion film High School Musical with educational
art and global warming activity stations available as well. Proceeds from sales
of Kaufman artwork during the festival will benefit the Park City Education
Foundation.

The Green SNOW art showfeaturing an exhibition by world-renowned pop artist
Steve Kaufman will be held Wed., Jan. 21 from 8 p.m. - 11 p.m. at Stanfield Fine
Art. The exhibit marks the first time Kaufman`s work will be shown in Park City.
A protégé of pop art legend Andy Warhol, Kaufman is known for painting American
icons such as Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra. Original Kaufman artwork
commissioned by SNOW exclusively for the event at Sundance will be unveiled and
sold by silent auction. A Rossignol snowboard custom painted by Kaufman will
also be auctioned. Proceeds from the auctions will benefit Protect Our Winters.

SNOW F2usion: Fashion+Film will take place on Thurs., Jan. 22 from 7 p.m. - 11
p.m. at the Stanfield Gallery. Attendees will receive an exclusive sneak preview
of the hottest and never-before-seen looks of the 2010 ski season. Top brands

fashion designs against a backdrop of exclusive footage from the latest ski and
snowboard films. Showcased films will include Greg Stump`sLegend of Aahhh`s; My
Own Two Feet, the first action sports film produced entirely using 100%
sustainable techniques and video clips and heli-ski footage from Ski Portillo,

"As a national publication, SNOW is committed to providing our advertisers with
unique out-of-book opportunities in top ski markets throughout the country,"
said Barbara Sanders, publisher of SNOW Magazine. "With SNOW Kids, Green SNOW
Art Show and SNOW F2usion: Fashion+Film we are able to create a unique value
proposition for our sponsors, while also giving back to and preserving the snow
community for whom we exist."

Founded by professional snowboarder Jeremy Jones, Protect Our Winters is a
non-profit organization dedicated to reversing the effects of global warming by
uniting the winter sports community. POW directs 100% of the contributions it
receives towards educational initiatives and renewable energy projects in local
alpine communities.

Established in 2003 by Devon Stanfield, the Stanfield Fine Art Gallery
represents more than 60 artists. With locations in Park City, Utah and Aspen,
Colorado, Stanfield exhibits work ranging from that of emerging international
artists to the work of the most sought after masters of fine art including Joan
Miro, Picasso, Marc Chagall, Salvador Dali and Renoir. Although steep in
traditional realism, Stanfield also features the styles of Modernism,
Impressionism, Figurative and Pop Art. Since Stanfield opened its doors in Park
City, the gallery has demonstrated a continued commitment to the community,
raising money and support for the development of art programs in local
elementary schools.

The Stanfield Fine Art Gallery will serve as one of the three official press
junket venues for the Sundance Film Festival.

"Our world is its brightest and most beautiful when viewed through the eyes of a
child and as a gallery owner, I am always looking for realizations of that
vision," said Devon Stanfield. "By providing children a canvas and the tools
they need to express what they see, the Green SNOW Art Show gives us an
opportunity to capture and reflect the brilliance of Sundance in a way that will
continue to shine back on the community even after the festival ends."

The Green SNOW Art Show and SNOW F2usion: Fashion+Film are part of SNOW
Magazine`s ongoing strategy to provide added value for its advertisers through
the realization of world-class industry events. SNOW Magazine is published three
times each winter season and once in the summer. For more information, please
