Mike Paxton to Join FleetPride as Vice President of Business Development and
Strategic Planning

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- FleetPride, Inc., the

trailer parts, announced today that Mike Paxton will be joining the company as
Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning on March 10,
2008.

Mr. Paxton most recently served as Vice President of Acquisitions for WCA
Waste Corporation and has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and
acquisition area. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and is a CPA.
