Bostwick Laboratories® announces the acquisition of the assets and
infrastructure of CBI Services and Fairfax Identity Laboratories, formerly
business units within Commonwealth Biotechnologies Inc. CBI Services is now
American International Biotechnology Services (AIBioTech) and will operate as a
division of American International Pathology Laboratories (AIPL), while Fairfax
Identity Laboratories (FIL) will retain its existing identity.

AIBioTech and FIL will retain their full complement of life sciences and DNA
identity support services that have made them the providers of choice to
investigators in government, university, and private sector laboratories.
