Buyers

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Move, Inc., and
Builder Homesite, Inc., today announced the launch of Builders Digital
Experience (theBDX.com), a joint venture dedicated to helping new home
builders reach buyers with innovative online marketing solutions, providing
the nation's largest network of new home web sites, and streamlining customer
service and support. As a result, this new venture will enable increased
investment in product portfolio expansion while providing builders with
greater value and affordability.

Through this new strategic partnership, Builders Digital Experience (BDX) will
operate the Move.com New Homes Channel and NewHomeSource.com, the country's
two most visited new homes websites(1), thereby delivering the largest online
collection of new home listings. In addition, BDX will provide home builders
with a one-stop-shop for the comprehensive portfolio of marketing and media
services they need to market new homes to buyers.

"By leveraging the combined strengths of Move.com and NewHomeSource.com,
Builders Digital Experience will offer new home builders access to the largest
and most targeted audience of prospective new home buyers," said Steve
Berkowitz, chief executive officer of Move, Inc. "This new strategic
partnership will offer a highly cost effective and comprehensive set of
products to assist home builders market and sell homes."

This newly combined entity will provide access to seven of the top ten real
estate sites.(2) Combined distribution partners include MSN Real Estate,
Yahoo! Real Estate, AOL Real Estate and many other national and local
partners. BDX will also offer a suite of websites targeting specific market
segments, including: Move.com, NewHomeSource.com, CasasNuevasAqui.com,
UrbanCondoLiving.com, NewRetirementCommunities.com, CustomNewHomes.com, and
NewHomeSourceProfessional.com.

"In this era of personalized communication, talking to your customers in a
voice that conveys deep knowledge with a personal, tailored approach is
critical to earning their trust," said Eric Elder, senior vice president,
marketing and communications of The Ryland Group, when asked about the role of
using niche sites in a marketing strategy.

Services now available to home builders through BDX include: new home
community listing and advertising services, mobile marketing capabilities,
interactive floor plans, photo realistic renderings, video and rich media
production, email creative and fulfillment services, and a wide variety of
digital marketing products to promote new homes directly to consumers and real
estate professionals representing new home buyers.

"Today's builders are looking for the most efficient and effective way to not
only reach new home buyers online but also to provide a complete digital
experience filled with rich media and interactive resources," said Tim
Costello, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Builder Homesite,
Inc. "BDX will bring together all of these solutions under one roof, changing
the way the building industry thinks about online marketing and digital
solutions."

"We are very pleased to see these two companies working together to focus
exclusively on the new home market. We believe in the power of online
marketing and the increasingly important role it plays in a builder's
marketing portfolio," said Deborah Wahl Meyer, senior vice president and chief
marketing officer, Pulte Homes. "Given the fact that 85 percent of new home
buyers go online first when in the market for a new home, the industry will
benefit from a strong partner who can deliver the best products and services
to our customers."
