The Chicago School (TCS) was one of 150 colleges and universities recognized
in the survey with results based on responses from nearly 41,000
administrators, faculty members, and staff members.
"Earning national acknowledgment as a great college to work for is something
that means a lot to us at The Chicago School," said TCS President Michael
Horowitz. "We set a goal three years ago as part of our strategic plan to
become an 'employer of choice' in higher education. This distinction offers
validation that we're on our way to meeting our vision. The credit goes to our
faculty and staff whose hard work and dedication to our mission helps make The
Chicago School of Professional Psychology the best that it can be."
The program is higher education's version of the popular Fortune magazine
survey with recognition categories that include compensation, benefits,
faculty/administration relations, and overall job satisfaction. Survey results
were published in the July 6 edition of The Chronicle of Higher Education.
