Hear Indiana holds 6th Annual Talk Walk Run at Fort Harrison State Park to
Celebrate Deaf Children Who Listen and Speak
Honored guests include State Rep. Brian Bosma as Master of Ceremonies, and
Miss Indiana 2009 Megan Meadors
INDIANAPOLIS, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- In honor of Better Hearing and Speech
Month, Hear Indiana will hold its 6th Annual Talk Walk Run presented by Peyton
Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent. Please join us this Saturday, May
9, 2009, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Newborn Hearing Screening in
Indiana. Same-day registration and packet pick-up will be from 8-9am at Fort
Harrison State Park. Come see how today's technology has completely changed
the lives of children with hearing loss, we truly are Doing Deaf Differently!

- 8am-9am Same-day Registration and Packet Pick-up
- 8am-1pm Exhibit Booths
- 9am Miss Indiana, Megan Meadors sings the National Anthem
- 9:05am 5K Competitive Run begins
- 9:15am 2.3 Mile Fitness Walk begins
- 9:30am-1pm FREE food from Noodles and Co.
- 10:00am FREE Kids Fun Run
- 10:30am Awards Ceremony for Top Race Finishers and Fundraisers
