LABS Inc. Acquisition of Assets of Laboratories at Bonfils is Finalized

DENVER--(Business Wire)--LABS Inc. has finalized the agreement to acquire the assets of
Laboratories at Bonfils - a subsidiary of Bonfils blood center. The
parties closed the final agreement on November 30th, 2007.

LABS Inc. is the Country's leading testing facility for the
specialized needs of organ procurement organizations, eye and tissue
banks. LABS Inc. will continue to provide donor eligibility testing
for the human eye, tissue, reproductive, stem cell and solid organ
transplant industry.
