Ari Bluman Promoted to President, North American Sales &

executives to new leadership roles. This team of experienced
executives will continue to enhance 24/7's award-winning services for
advertisers and publishers and drive the company's strategic
international expansion forward.
Leading the promotions is Ari Bluman, who was promoted to
President of North America Sales & Operations for the company.
Formerly Senior Vice President, North American Sales and Operations,
he will be responsible for all of North American business development,
ad operations, sales and client services. Under Mr. Bluman's direction
in his previous position, the company's publisher inventory and
advertising revenue grew steadily. Mr. Bluman, whose tenure spans over
11 years, has held many roles within the company such as Vice
President, Distribution and Operations; Vice President, Direct
Solutions; and Vice President, Direct Marketing.
Kris Heinrichs has been appointed Chief Financial Officer where he
will be responsible for the global financial operations of the
company. A nine-year company veteran, Mr. Heinrichs previously served
as the Senior Vice President, Global Controller for 24/7 where he
facilitated the company's steady financial growth.
Jon Greenwood was promoted to Corporate Vice President, Global
Operations where he will work closely with Jonathan Hsu, Chief
Executive Officer, to enhance overall operational performance of the
company. Additionally, Mr. Greenwood will support David Moore,
Chairman and Founder, in increasing 24/7's geographic expansion,
strategic relationships, executive recruitment and business
development. Prior to this position Mr. Greenwood served as VP,
Product Manager of Internal Systems for the company.
As the new General Manager of the Media Innovation Group, Brian
Lesser will lead 24/7 Real Media's high-level initiatives within the
agency community, including the creation of a global database, new
business models for agency spending on media networks, and the
development of the next generation digital marketing platform for
agencies. Prior to this role Mr. Lesser served as Vice President of
the Media Innovation Group, Product Management where he was the global
point person regarding strategy and development of all agency
product initiatives.
Nicolle Pangis has been promoted to Vice President, Global Media
and Technology Product Management and will serve as the
global point person regarding the strategic direction of 24/7's media
and technology product business lines including the award winning Open
AdStream(R) ad management technology platform. Before serving in this
role, Ms. Pangis held the position of Director, Global Deployment and
Business Integration, where she spearheaded the rollout of the
company's global initiatives, including the expansion of 24/7's joint
venture with Dentsu into South Korea.
Rounding out the executive promotions is Irene Bondar who is
promoted to Vice President, Product Development where, in addition to
continuing to oversee the company's program management office, she
will also take charge of the company's Quality Assurance for all Open
AdStream related product developments. Prior to serving in this
position Ms. Bondar was Director of Program Management where she
successfully deployed strategic initiatives to increase the efficiency
and coordination of all global technology projects.
