COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(Business Wire)--
Astek Corporation, located in Colorado Springs, CO, USA, has been
performing electronic design services for the Rocky Mountain Region
and beyond (including international customers) since 1998. Our core
business is the design and development of complex bus-and-board
products for the embedded computing markets. We are an executive
member of the PCI Industrial Computers Manufacturing Group (PICMG),
and have been building products for the Compact PCI and ATCA/MicroTCA
markets since 2002. Astek's products ship worldwide from our
manufacturing facility in Colorado Springs, and are used in the
telecom, medical, and military markets. Host Bus Adapters are provided
with support from a dedicated team of system software engineers
covering Operating System drivers, and application level software.
OEM/ODM board products are supported with custom firmware for ARM7/9,
PowerPC, x86 and a wide array of 8-bit processors. Astek also provides
custom board and FPGA/ASIC design services and ODM product
manufacturing with a library of RTL-level Intellectual Property cores
for Xilinx and COT ASIC products. Astek is a majority employee owned
private company, established in 1998.
