Loeb & Loeb, on behalf of the firm's client Sherri Crichton, widow of Michael
Crichton, today submitted a routine application with the Probate Court asking
the court to confirm that Mrs. Crichton would not be violating the no-contest
clause of her late-husband's will and trust by filing a creditor's claim in
his estate.

"The creditor's claim application is being submitted as required by law to
preserve Mrs. Crichton's rights under her prenuptial agreement with her late

are separate and in addition to Mrs. Crichton's rights of inheritance under
Michael Crichton's will and trust."
