Introduction of Senate Legislation to Prohibit DOT from Auctioning Slots at
New York/New Jersey Airports

WASHINGTON, June 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Air Transport
Association of America (ATA) invites media to join Sen. Charles Schumer
(D-NY), the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), and Airports
Council International-North America (ACI-NA) in a media briefing to introduce
Senate legislation that would prohibit the U.S. Department of Transportation
(DOT) from auctioning airline slots at New York and New Jersey airports.

                 following the 10 a.m. House Transportation and Infrastructure
