New Partnerships Increase Size, Capabilities of Health & Fitness Audience
Network

SAN FRANCISCO--(Business Wire)--
RMG Networks, operator of the largest digital health club media network in the
U.S., announced today a broad series of partnerships that firmly establishes the
company as the elite provider of premium media in health clubs nationwide.
Agreements with two of the nation`s premier athletic clubs, LIFE TIME FITNESS
and Western Athletic Clubs, will significantly increase the audience delivered
through RMG`s Health & Fitness network to more than 10 million monthly digital
viewers. Additionally, the company revealed a partnership with NetPulse, the
leading provider of personal entertainment systems on cardio machines, which
positions RMG to capitalize on the digital evolution of health club media.

RMG`s new partners consist of some of the largest players in the fitness
industry. LIFE TIME FITNESS - which also owns and manages its own in-club
television network, Life Time Vision - has premium club facilities across 24
markets with an average attendance per club of more than 50,000 monthly. Western
Athletic Clubs, which operates the exclusive Bay Club chain in addition to
several others throughout the Western United States, is one of the finest and
most awarded health club companies in the U.S. RMG`s Health & Fitness network
will now reach a daily audience of more than 300,000 light-TV viewing fitness
enthusiasts, more than eight times the size of the New York City Marathon.

"We are excited about our new strategic partnerships with LIFE TIME FITNESS,
Western Athletic Clubs and NetPulse," said Garry McGuire, RMG's CEO. "Adding
these premium partners to our network solidifies RMG`s position as the largest
digital health club media network in the country and allows us to continue
delivering the targeted audiences advertisers are most interested in, at scale."

RMG`s Health & Fitness network delivers the most requested TV networks by health
club users, such as CNN, MSNBC, CNBC and E!, to an audience of light-TV viewing
gym-goers (a group that watches 2 fewer hours of TV per day than the average
American) at one of the few points in their day when they are deeply engaged
with a TV screen. RMG`s partnership with NetPulse will leverage NetPulse`s
digital content delivery to add more granular targeting capabilities to the
network.

"Having done several custom research studies over the past two years on RMG`s
Health & Fitness network, there is no question that this network represents a
very compelling and engaged audience for advertisers," said Paul Lindstrom, SVP
at The Nielsen Company. "The addition of NetPulse`s platform to the network only
extends the ways in which advertisers will be able to connect with this
affluent, captive audience."

"We`re excited by these developments at RMG because it gives us better access
to, and more of, an audience that is highly desirable but very hard to reach,"
said Jill Nickerson, VP Director of OOH at Horizon. "The new size and
capabilities of this partnership makes this an optimal way of reaching and
engaging people when they are working out."
