Rand Logistics to Announce Second Quarter Fiscal 2010 Financial Results on

NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rand Logistics, Inc. (Nasdaq:RLOG)
("Rand") will issue financial results for its fiscal 2010 second quarter ended
September 30, 2009 on Thursday, November 12, 2009, before the market opens.

Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 8:30 a.m. ET on
Thursday, November 12, 2009. Interested parties may participate in the
